Publish or be damned?

Well it's not only Random House publishers who are counting down to the Secret Life of a No 10 Director of Communications Diary.
There are many of us out here - who for some time have been without the sight nor sound of dear AC - who are waiting with bated breath for the gorgeous one (as opposed to the smiley one) to publish those insights into life behind Downing Street doors.
Some of us have been there - admittedly on the sidelines - but cheering our man for many a parliamentary session as he f's and blinds his way through the Lobby journalists and sinks his teeth into any wilting non - Blairite.
There was a time when we saw nothing but good from the Burnley supporter. He led us into the new dawn of New Labour that rosy tinted May morning back in 1997 and we all thought things WOULD only get better.
As our fascination for the man grew so unfortunately did those nasty wolves baiting him to fall.
Throwing back his troubled past , the drinking, the breakdown, the saucy novels (still waiting to get my hand on a copy!)- suggesting he was on some fanatical path to prove himself and trapping OUR Leader in his wicked grasp at the cost of 'proper' Parliamentarians and advisors.
